Shared Harvest Premium Roasted Deshi Masoor Dal is chemical free, split masoor beans without skin, highly nutritious and easy to digest. Masoor dal is a good source of plant protein, with about 24 grams per 100 grams of dry dal, but low in some essential amino acids like methionine and cysteine. To get all nine essential amino acids, it’s best to pair masoor Dal with other Dal.
