Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Your cancellation will be accepted only if it aligns with the terms set for that product or service.

  • Any refund related to cancellation will follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

Shared Harvest LLP may cancel an order if:

  • The product goes out of stock.

  • There is a delivery constraint.

  • There is an issue with payment verification.

  • The customer violates platform rules.

If the company cancels an order, it will attempt to notify the customer and initiate the necessary resolution.
