Products once delivered cannot be returned, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
Returns may not be possible due to safety reasons, building restrictions, or product-specific conditions.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for permitted returns or permitted cancellations after quality checks.
Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees only.
If a credit note is issued, it is valid for 7 days only.
Promo-based or offer-based items may not be refundable.
Cashback Conditions
Cashback is not eligible for cancelled orders.
